1. Project nature

Military Shield is exclusively a technology support evaluation project. As of the publication date of this site is not constituted as a company in Colombia: does not have commercial registration with the Chamber of Commerce, does not have an NIT assigned to its own legal entity, and is not registered with the Ministry of National Defense nor with any defense material control authority.

2. Scope and limitations

  • No products or services of any kind are offered, marketed, or distributed.
  • No anti-drone systems or defense materials are manufactured, imported, exported, or installed.
  • No surveillance, private security, or field operations services are provided.
  • There is no contractual, institutional, or backing relationship with armed forces, police, or public entities of Colombia or third countries.
  • The content is informative and is prepared from open sources.

3. Informational content

The published technical information is general and educational in nature. It does not constitute professional advice, commercial offer, commercial proposal, or commitment of any kind. The project does not guarantee the accuracy, validity, or completeness of the information and may modify it without prior notice.

4. Third-party images

5. Data protection

This site does not conduct advertising profiling or disclose data to third parties. Only access security events to the private panel (date, IP address, and user agent) are recorded for audit purposes, in accordance with Colombia's Law 1581 of 2012. You may request consultation, updating, or deletion by writing to contacto@escudomilitar.co.

6. Regulatory compliance

Any future activity related to defense technology will be subject to obtaining the prior authorizations required by Colombian legislation and the applicable international export control regimes. Until such authorizations exist, the project remains in evaluation phase and without economic activity.
